The Time I Was Not Meant For
I was not meant for these times
It is apprarent the reality places me in past
There is not a clearer time than that of the Honor
Whether along the Ol Westerns traveling
Working with pride, for a purpose
Or in the legends of the Samurai, creeds upholding justice
Welding not more than a sword, honor, and enlightenment
Alongside the oppressed looking for life
Lifelessness consumes us, Oppressed by more
It is known by many time has no friend
Money has many, knowledge finds few,
Honor tests before accepting, yet holds true
To ask for the difference, a friendship that last
A person that does not feed the world's view
The ability to ask honestly without rebuke or fear,
My request is simple and clear
Yet I find none that possess such ability
Even more in my generation, I face outcasts
For I accept as Christ, but know sins
Eyes are on me, sharp gaze with to take a life
Spent in the time I was not meant for.
