The World We Live

In this world there are do's and do not's

We live by them we die by them

Standing firm together in the feiry of the tides

This is the world We live

Hope is not the best but it is not the least

Friends hold our heads high when all else fail

To be called a friend should never be left to stale

One promise turns the world to life

One lie turns life to death

This, is the world we live

A simple prayer I pray for you

Just one without any adding to

I pray that we become stronger than the tides we face

That the things we do will let us see our truth

The meanings of our souls resound in the earth for ages

And that we ourselves know

We make the world we live
